07/30/2005: "Holiday!"

Just another hour or so and then we are off to the Czech Republic.
I'm so excited that I can't wait, although I'm not looking forward to the car trip itself. To prevent Angela from saying that I'm no use in the car though, we took some books (HP 6 and a couple of others), so I will have plenty to read out loud in the car.

We decided to start driving late, and just continue through the night, so as to avoid queues on the motorways. Whenever Angela feels like taking a nap we'll just pull over somewhere, lock the doors and relax/sleep for a while. Until she is awake enough, then we'll continue our way.

I don't think I will be able to update my journal during our holiday, as the only way to access the internet will be via our mobiles and this is terribly expensive. Luckily for all of you I am going to write an offline journal, so I can update you all when we're back in Holland!

So see you all in two weeks time.

PS: For any burglars...there is someone minding our house... So you can't just walk in without a fight eventhough we are gone!
